What to Expect
-
Try not to eat a full meal shortly before you arrive, a little time to digest makes lying down more comfortable. Wear something easy to change in and out of, and remove jewellery before hopping on the table. You'll undress to your own comfort level and stay covered by draping throughout.
-
You'll fill out a client intake form on arrival, no need to come early, your consultation time covers this. Understanding your current health is the first part of looking after you properly.
-
Every appointment includes consultation time: to talk through your treatment, note anything that's changed since your last visit, and settle in before you get on the table.
-
Please allow an extra 15 minutes beyond your booked treatment time. You won't be rushed, and you don't need to arrive early.
-
How you're positioned depends on your treatment and your individual needs, we'll talk through this on the day.
-
The table has no hole. A supportive pillow system allows face down positioning up to around 22 weeks. Beyond that, you're positioned comfortably on your side, which is kinder to your low back as your bump grows.
-
Positioning caters to both breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding needs.
-
Cash, card, and gift voucher redemption accepted. Eftpos and Hicaps on site.
