Balancing Womanhood Gift Card

1. Purchase your gift card, nominating your email address as the recipient email.

2. Wait for the gift card to arrive in your inbox.

3. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox.

4. Go to www.balancingwomanhood.com.au/print

5. Fill in the fields and use the gift card code provided in your email.

• As per Australian regulations and the Fair Trading Act 1987 reform, all gift cards have a three year expiry date from the date of purchase. The expiration date is stated clearly on each gift card.

• Gift cards that have expired will still be honoured, however only for the value they were purchased for, even in the instance that the card was purchased for a specific service. Please get in touch if you are unclear of your voucher’s value.

• Lost gift vouchers will not be honored. Please do contact Mama & Bump with the details you can remember to see if your voucher can be located on internal records.

• Expired gift cards are not able to be redeemed online, please contact Balancing Womanhood to use.

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

• Private health fund rebates cannot be claimed when paying any portion of your massage with a gift voucher as per health fund insurance rules.

• Gift cards are not refundable.

• Please present your gift card at the time of your booking either in hard copy or via your phone.

• Gift cards can be used over multiple transactions until a zero balance remains.

• Multiple gift cards may be used in one transaction.

• Gift cards may be used with other forms of payment in the same transaction.

• You may use the card to contribute towards a higher value purchase and pay the difference with another form of payment method.

• Price increases may occur between the time of receiving a gift card and redeeming it. A gift card that is for a specific service rather than a dollar value will be honoured with no difference to pay despite the change in price as a result of a price increase during its period of validity. 

• Service offerings may change between the time of receiving a gift card and redeeming it.  In the instance that the service you were gifted no longer exists, due to being deleted from the service list, the gift card will be valued at the amount the card was purchased for. This value will be clearly displayed on the gift card.

• Cancelling an appointment that is to be paid for via a gift voucher without following the requirements of the cancellation policy means that your voucher may be used to cover the cancellation fee.

Promotional gift cards of any kind that have been issued by Balancing Womanhood and not purchased on your behalf by friends and family members can only be used to purchase services from Balancing Womanhood unless the card specifies otherwise. Promotional gift cards can not be redeemed for cash and have a 3-month expiry date from the date of issue unless another date is stated on the card.
