This 90-min treatment is dedicated to soothing the symptoms of stress triggered by grief to improve your energetic state and ease physical discomfort. It combines a 60-min massage and a 30-min energy healing component using Reiki. The benefit of this combination is to increase the body's opportunity to settle. It is ideal if you are struggling with an increased emotional/mental load and find it hard to unwind. Tailored to your needs on the day, this massage is gentle and comforting. This is not for people who want a massage that hurts. I follow the energetic blocks that your body presents to restore optimal energetic flow. You can expect comfort and warmth, utilising the weight of heavy blankets. Music, lighting and aromatherapy all combine to offer a peaceful setting. Much consideration is given to your needs on the day understanding that it’s difficult to meet the energy levels of being social when you're going through a tough time. *Nurture Her treatments are now offered throughout the week. If you'd like space away from pregnant/postnatal clients, Thursday has been set aside especially for you. I am here to support you, if Thursday doesn't suit, please get in touch so we can find something more suitable.
