If you've been keeping up with all the changes around here, you will be aware that I am moving location.

I have now released my online booking schedule, and you will see that I am taking a couple of weeks off (not quite the whole month as I had suggested I would take) and I will be recommencing massage treatments mid-February from my new space.

The new location is 103 Halifax Street, Adelaide
(The cute white building with the black and white shutters).

I will be sharing a space within Body Institute, an established wellness clinic offering naturopathy and nutritionist expertise by two ladies Karina and Kylie.

Essentially, we are three women on a mission!
To help you feel your best self again!

The hours I am offering are not as they used to be, so please be aware of the new schedule.

Alternate Mondays 9.30am-2.30pm
Every Friday 9.30am - 5pm
Alternate Saturdays 9.30am - 4pm

There is great street parking at this location and two parking spaces directly in front of the clinic (yes you can park there).

So, if you're the kind of woman who is brilliant, high functioning and likes to get stuff done, but you're tired, exhausted and just plain sick of yourself, I can't wait to help you switch off enough so that you can actually hear yourself again!

The excitement is real!

While we endure a scorcher here in Adelaide today, I did something pretty cool and signed on to my new home for Balancing Womanhood!!!

When I ended my lease last year with only a vision, not actually a concrete plan…I crossed everything that the right space would come along.

And while a space is what I needed, it was a collaboration with other wellness practitioners that was high on the list.

The stars aligned!

That’s a wrap.

It felt like last week that I thought I should be decorating the shop in festive spirit and then along comes Christmas week…and here we are. Not a decoration to be seen.

On the upside, this year saw some incredible things.
Changing business name, volunteering at Walk to Remember for a third year, deciding not to renew the Highbury lease and last but not least - treating a long list of women navigating change, new beginnings and finding peace in their bodies to be their best.

I’ve loved every minute of it.

Sending my love to you all this holiday season. For some it’s exponentially magical and joyful and for others it’s a time of great sadness and pain. Whichever it may be, I send you love.
